ADAM PARKER
Executive Vice President of Regions
Adam Parker joined CSG in 1988 as Special Projects Coordinator and then served as Senior Financial Analyst, bringing a breadth of strategic skills and expertise to the company. He took on the role of President beginning in 2002 after serving as Chief Financial Officer 1996-2002. He has had a strong role in business development efforts, and his commitment to providing innovative solutions for CSG’s clients has included managing information technologies and product line development. He now oversees all Regional VPs, providing support and guidance to CSG’s regional operations nationwide. He mentors regional leaders, is responsible for representing client interests at the Executive Committee level, and has ultimate accountability for P&L. Adam works closely with Regional VPs and the EVPs of Strategy & Products and Program Operations to expand markets, while ensuring that each program finds the right balance between meeting local customer needs and representing CSG’s quality and values.
Prior to his work at CSG, Adam directed community-based organizations in Massachusetts and Chicago, Illinois. A firm believer in corporate social responsibility, Adam is a determined advocate for environmentally sustainable practices. He received a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
